Avoid this company at all costs. The workmanship is terrible, and the owner is completely unresponsive. We had to replace the entire system less than three years after it was installed. From day one, we experienced persistent coolant leaks. Neil (the owner) came out multiple times, charging us each visit to replace parts—none of which solved the issue. Neil was very polite and professional and answered my call right away. Im old fashioned and prefer to call and get a "gut feel" for the service people I have to my home. This fellow was exactly what I expect in the buisness world. I wish there were more like him. His prices were extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Neil and his company, Autumn Air, to everyone looking for AC service or maintenance.
I had a great experience having Neil do my furnace and A/C yearly maintenance. He was very friendly and explained everything to me so I could understand. He even showed me how to care for my A/C unit between my yearly maintenance appointments. I would highly recommend Autumn Air.
