Not very good costumer service over the phone.
Appreciate that they're open 7 days. Called about a faulty torch; was informed they have a tech specialist on hand willing to inspect and advise as necessary.
Only took a phone call for me to not want to ever do business with them. Extremely rude
The guy answering the phone is a sick, wouldn't deal with them if they were the last place in Fayetteville
