DON’T BUY HERE. Traffic from Great Hearts Northern Oaks, will make your life miserable. We have reach out to Meritage Home to support us with a big sign at each entrance that says: PRIVATE PROPERTY, NO U TURNS OR PASS THROUGH. But with no response from Meritage Homes. They don’t care about the hell that that is. Also, the north entrance, which is where the Model home is, once they finish building the houses on that entrance, will also be hell, bc cars will be parked on the street, narrowing even more the car flow, plus paren... read more
