Responded quickly to our issue and Robert was very efficient in his work. We will contact them anytime we have a plumbing need.
Charged $575 to diagnose a problem with a tankless water heater. No repair work done. Spent time on the phone with the Navien company, put a meter on to read the propane pressure. Informed us the problem “may be” in the propane delivery to the unit and that we’d need to call them. Even at today’s expensive economy prices that’s too much to “diagnose” and not do any repairs.
Awsome experience. Scott was easy to work with. Manuel their superintendent was amazing and easy to work with as well. Highly recommend this company
