Juan Flores was beyond helpful in finding and installing both replacement taillights on my car, saved us a ton of time and a ticket! Definitely recommend this location for fast, friendly service!
I came to this store to try to return an item and was assisted by the manager, Nancy, who was very kind; even though the refund was complicated because the item had been purchased over four months ago, I was given store credit. It is worth mentioning that I had previously visited the store in Pharr, TX, and they refused to issue a refund or credit. I 100% recommend this store and its friendly staff.

Easy to find the part I needed and great service
I was looking for a windshield reservoir cap and the staff at Auto Zone helped me find it. They were very helpful and courteous.
