Well autozone gets one star. I'm really conflicted over this because in store they are great bunch going out of there way to help their customers. The one star comes from the experience I had when I ordered something online. They took my money charged me for the shipping and never sent me my package. Made no effort to return my money, didn't inform me that the shipment was cancelled nothing. I used the contact us butting in the app which never generated a response from them. I visited AutoZone expecting basic customer service, but unfortunately the staff came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and uninterested in helping customers. If employees don’t want to assist people properly, management seriously needs to improve training and accountability. Customers spend their hard-earned money and deserve respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy.
Very bad attention. I came to buy a part with my business account and they practically didn’t let me use my account or tap with my card. I am the owner of the account and even so seeing my name and calling my same number they treated me as if I were going to steal my part.
Supposed to be open at seven thirty a m still not open.I'm pretty sure whoever's in there clocked in at 77 thirty
