Amazing service, knowledgeable staff. I arrived less than an hour before closing, in dire need of a new battery. The gentleman checked my battery, then pulled a replacement and proceeded to swap it for me! No extra charge! I was in & out in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend!
i came in the store because I had a little bit of a startup issue. Hesitation, when starting my car, I checked it with my own multimeter. The battery out of the car held a 12.6 V charge in the car while terminals connected also held at 12.6 to 12.9 V, while the multimeter connected to the terminals securely. When cranking the car, the voltage does not drop below 10.5-11.2 volts.
