I was about to be your customer. I have told to wait outside for 5 mins. I waited 15 mins nobody showed up. That was disrespectful.
Went in for some bodywork and they took pictures and promised to send me a quote in an hour. However, received the quote after 3 days and multiple phone calls to remind them. Additionally, the price quoted was well above what another shop charged to do the work.
