I had an outstanding experience with Andrew M. (AutoZone Leesburg, VA). I visited the store for specific parts for my Audi Q5. My knowledge is limited and I arrived with info from the printed Audi manuals & some info from the Audi website. Andrew M. saved me an enormous amount of time & effort! He was very knowledgeable and practical and assisted me by stepping out of the store to look at the car & analyze the choices & to change the parts. He was also pleasant & fun. Thank you Andrew M!

I have an comercial account with autozone I went to buy at this store. I was attended by a lady who had a very bad attitude. She asked me who the owner of the account was. I told her that I was the owner. Then she asked me for the pin number I gave it to her and then she asked me for the phone number I gave it too. Then I asked her if she didn't believe me that I was the owner and she didn't answer me. She just told me that if I was going to be arguing with her that she wasn't going to attend to me.
