Mitch was very unhelpful today. I called in to confirm they had a part in stock. I was put on hold for 5 min to then be told that he checked and they had the part. Once I got there he said he didn't have the part. His response to this mistake was "sorry bud". Very unprofessional wont be coming back to autozone.
They were helpful with my auto part needs. Friendly group of folks.
Why did you get rid of Joe he was the best customer service rep you guys have ever had. He was always on time and very knowledgeable.
Bud, Josh, and Christopher were all incredibly helpful. Bud, the manager, went above and beyond to help me get my lug nuts tightened and remove a socket that was stuck. Excellent customer service from the whole team. Highly recommend this AutoZone!
