Always a great experience here. Recently visited to replace a battery and Jim was exceptionally helpful. He was very knowledgeable in which battery would suit my needs. The whole team there seems to know their stuff and are eager to help customers. I will be sure to recommend this store to friends and family.

I called the Fate store this morning, looking for a part, and Pete was kind enough to look it up. He made sure it was the right part and even held it for me until I was able to make it to the store to pick it up. I highly recommend this location great service, clean store and they have Pete (my hero for the day)!
They were amazing. I went late on a Saturday afternoon. I got in and out within 20 minutes. Jose R Was super fast and even though my battery was one of the harder ones to change, he volunteered to do it. I appreciate the fast service and kindness.
Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have offered to install everything I have purchased and walked me through the process while they were doing it. Highly recommend and will continue to use them for my automotive needs.
