It's an AutoZone, a new one and they were very helpful
Bought oil for my car. Cashier attempted to give me only receipt and tried to keep the Bluetooth tumber promotion slip that printed after. Nice try kid. Technically stealing. Hope your boss reads this. Also, to both that were working, your customer service skills need some freshening up. Maybe greet the customers and say 'hello', 'good morning', 'anything I can help you with'? Just to name a few.
Chris is an incompetent tool. First, he had an attitude while we were initially leaving the store. We were given the wrong piece so we had to come back to return it, which is AGAIN when he had a bitter attitude to not only us, but his coworkers as well. Chris was rude when we were unsure about the exact part we needed. Opened a part to try to explain to us that we were wrong, just for him to be wrong, and then Chase ended up getting us the right part. Fix your staff, didn’t feel welcomed and felt judged.
We’re really helpful in helping me find parts for the two new cars that my roommate got
