I simply asked if they had a particular type of oil that I need in stock and the store representative refused to look it up in the system and said that I would have to come into the store and look for myself. I could barely understand her English. So I drove all the way to the store. I walked into the store and it was completely empty. Do not come here these people are not trained and are super ignorant. I gave a young lady the year make and model of my truck 4 times for an oil filter and she was asking for my license plate and address to figure out the oil filter.
This location was great everyone was very helpful especially Jordan. He really went above and beyond to help us. You don't find that kind of customer service anymore. Thank you for all of your help!!
