Definitely have to commend Jordan and his team for their help today. Went to AutoZone to check the battery on my son’s car. After they determined that it needed to be replaced, and replaced it for us on site, the car wouldn’t start. Turns out the battery terminal was in really bad shape. Jordan and his team replaced the terminal and got us on our way. Definitely recommend this team and am super thankful for going above and beyond.
This is the best Auto Zone I have been to thus far. Came here at night almost closing with a head light out. Rochelle & Mark went above and beyond to help me. They were very professional and Rochelle was very knowledgeable about the parts & the whole process. Thank you so much!
I just wanted to give a shout out to Jordon for helping find exactly what I needed for my tacoma he was very informative and provided excellent customer service I will for sure be back to this location the next time im in need of anything!
The sales manager went out of his way to help us install a rear wiper blade that we had purchased elsewhere & couldn’t figure out. It took him 1 minute & he didn’t charge us anything! These guys are over the top wonderful!
