Bryan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us figure out the problem with my Jeep. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel important. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and ask him for help again.
It doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service is the worst, very rude and unprofessional. They don’t even respond with a simple “good morning.” They act like they don’t want to work, always giving excuses just to avoid doing their job. Very lazy and unhelpful.
Gludstak store has the worst service ever. The store manager did not accept a gallon of oil for recycling saying the container was full. They should have received it and leave it behind for next container. I asked a simple question and he asked me to wait him (finally 3 minutes) to finish what he was doing. Bad service. Don’t even deserve a star but no star isn’t an option. Worst autozone ever in madison co. Went to get my car tested and before it was starting okay not good but okay got it tested and they told me kill it and it didn’t start after. Had some guy jump me off who seemed like he hated his job, didn’t want to be there and high off something. jumped me off laughed said maybe your starter and walked off. Never going back.
