I visited AutoZone on 10/18/2025 between 9:10 PM and 9:25 PM to return a 13” Duralast windshield that I had purchased by mistake. My vehicle’s windshield was fine, and the box was unopened. When I approached the counter, the salesperson claimed that the windshield was missing a clip. I politely explained that the box was unopened and that it came exactly as purchased. We had a great experience at AutoZone The staff went above and beyond with their customer service and communication. They were bilingual (English and Spanish), which made the whole process smooth and comfortable for us. My Experience : Got a new battery and i was also discounted for the old battery that i recycled (you have to turn in your old battery and put in your number)

AutoZone has gotten expensive and customer service always sucks . They slow and make you wait online way too long
