Was trouble shooting a misfire. Purchased a coil. Problem solved. Decided to purchase a set before another goes out. The manager refused to refund me for the single coil using a coil from the set. Now, to get a refund, I get to remove the coil and return it slightly used. DUMB! They would rather sell the next customer a used part than have the brand new one that hasn't been touched. Great customer service every time I've gone in. Over and beyond when I needed help with things like windshield wipers. Really appreciate the staff.
