Snowy and icy in the Roanoke Valley. I broke two ice scrapers last evening. Dropped by and spoke with Chip the store manager. He had a truck that was coming in and asked if I would come back in an hour. I did. He went on the pallet and pulled some out for me. Super service! Super courteous! Super store! Super staff!

Instead of leaving me to figure things out on my own, Katherine Hames, the store manager, went above and beyond. She personally ensured a battery was brought in from another store, saving me a lot of stress. I had failing battery in my 2011 Lexus RX 350. went to Store #06501 in Vinton VA around 4:00PM this date.. Was helped by Anthony, suggesting the correct match. Battery was installed with help from Nate..Both very pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient with the installation . This is the 4th battery I have purchased from you for my vehicles and am well pleased . I will be returning for future auto needs. Again, kudos to Anthony and Nate for job well done !!!
