It’s not every day that you come across the customer service these folks provide. Special shoutout to Shane (I’m pretty sure that’s his name), he went way above and beyond to get me set and drastically improved what was a stressful situation, to say the least.
Definitely found my main auto parts store thanks the manager of this store, Janelle. I have been in and out of auto parts stores, I came from a family of race care drivers and tow truck drivers. I haven't always been treated with respect but it seems like I always do when I go into this store. This is super neat and organized store with friendly and helpful staff. The manager helped me pick out my windshield wipers, then nudged me into purchasing desperately needed seat covers I have been EYEBALLING ! She actually listened to what I needed and gave me a much needed assist ! It was one of the only times I've went into an auto parts place and actually enjoyed it !!!
