It’s not every day that you come across the customer service these folks provide. Special shoutout to Shane (I’m pretty sure that’s his name), he went way above and beyond to get me set and drastically improved what was a stressful situation, to say the least.
Definitely found my main auto parts store thanks the manager of this store, Janelle. I have been in and out of auto parts stores, I came from a family of race care drivers and tow truck drivers. I haven't always been treated with respect but it seems like I always do when I go into this store.
