The employees of pleasant valley AutoZone went above and beyond to help me get all the parts and fittings I needed when I blew a breakline in my truck. I spent 2.5 hours and about a dozen trips inside the store to get everything I needed from wrenches to break fluid. One employee even stayed after his shift to give me a hand and make sure I wasn’t stranded if I couldn’t fix it in time. This store and the people working here are absolutely amazing and I will always come here for the parts I need.
Excellent. Needed a new wiper blade for my truck. If you can believe it, this is the 1st time after decades of driving. The site filters work, was able to narrow down by need and price. This location is new I think, because I was surprised I didn't have to go across the river or to Poughkeepsie. Picked it up a couple of days later. Was greeted, waited maybe a min. or two and was out! Great experience, easy to install. Will definitely use again! Thanks
Normal staff resembles something like carnival workers “carnies” but they are always friendly and helpful. HOWEVER today I went to get wipers and first off there were four or so auto zone employees yelling, smoking cigs out front and arguing then I walk in to a young male employee that looked at me like he was being held against his will, or he might have eaten too many mushrooms.
