Highly recommend Autozone @ 2020 Blue Oaks Blvd. Every time I go in all staff are always very helpful. But today, Aaron C., thankfully, went above and beyond with helping to get my daughter a new car battery, and he even changed it for her! It’s comforting to know we have auto help close by. Just wanted to come on here and say thanks to this particular AutoZone and a few of the employees. I needed new brakes and rotors for my 2004 F-150 for a brake job, and not only did this location have all the parts I needed but Edgar, Dennis, and Felipe were super cool and extremely helpful in finding the exact parts. I actually went back and picked up the e-brake pads as well the next day and saw Edgar again and he was able to help me pick out the exact ones I needed. This experience was beyond AMAZING! I have to give a huge shout-out to Felipe and Edgar. I hope I got their names right, but it was literally 8:56 PM when I called to ask if they could help me install the windshield wipers I had just purchased. My wife drives this car to work every day, and with rain in the forecast for the next couple of days, I didn't want her dealing with bad wipers—even though she actually told me about them a couple of months ago!
