Chat3ged 80% markup for core charge for Freon. States core charge on the receipt and told to being back whenever. When I brought them back I was told they could not refund the core charge because it was outside of the 90 day warranty. The receipt says nothing about the core charge within 90 days. So I paid almost double for 3 bottles of Freon and the front desk just told me to send a request to corporate. Been coming to autozone for 24 years. My check engine light came on, so I drove over to the Blue Oaks AutoZone. They had a reader for me to use, it was so simple to use, I plugged it in and started my car. Once it was done I took the reader in to Terri, the super helpful lady with the long hair. She showed me what the reading said and explained it to me. She then took me to the chemical wall and showed me what should help my vehicle. The product totally worked, my vehicle is definetly running smoother and the check engine light is no longer on. I went to autozone on blue oaks, what a great team. I was pretty sure I needed a new battery, but Aaron and his team really made sure that I was making the right choice. They all were welcoming, very approachable and transparent about the batteries they carried. I will be going back there if I need anything in the future
