I had an excellent experience with this Autozone! From the moment I walked in, Martin greeted me with a friendly attitude and made me feel welcomed. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts for my vehicle. Ordered a part online and it was filled. Received email that it was ready for pick-up.....and when we got there we were told that the order had to be cancelled because they do not have the item. This is more about the online ordering system- the guys at the store were nice. It would be helpful to customers and employees if the system was accurate.

Highly recommend Autozone @ 2020 Blue Oaks Blvd. Every time I go in all staff are always very helpful. But today, Aaron C., thankfully, went above and beyond with helping to get my daughter a new car battery, and he even changed it for her! It’s comforting to know we have auto help close by.
