Let me just say the sales manager Emma Wagoner was outstanding!!! Patient and researched everything to find a part for my motorcycle i would use! Best customer service at any auto parts store hands down!
Hale was amazing! Super friendly and helpful!! She changed my headlight for me after I had been driving months without one. Truly great service.
Alert! Bought wheel bearings for my truck there, went to a shop across town, tore it down, ready to put new ones in, and guess what? Wrong parts. Took them back, got My refund with no apologies. They will not get my business any longer. It's there job to be accurate, otherwise wats the point.
Made a store pickup after there website showed the parts I needed in stock and then the next morning got a email that it was ready for pick @ 8am. Went by after work around 4pm and they had not even gathered anything and didn’t have the 2x main parts I needed in stock. Saw they wrote out of stock on the ticket that was printed at 7:58am but couldn’t bother to call me I guess so I could try and source the parts somewhere else. No apologies were given.
