I need to send a shout out to Store Manager Larry and his crew Osvi and Miguel. I have a 2013 Volvo S60. I needed a new battery and as importantly, with Volvos it is crucial that the battery be registered via a scan tool to reset the counter in the electronics to day zero. The BMS charges batteries based on days active and can ruin a new battery if this step is not done. Charles was the best!! He patiently & expertly installed a battery in my ford edge…an extremely difficult installation! He was kind, considerate & made sure it was done correctly. Charles is definitely an asset to Auto Zone. Previously, there was no one capable of doing such an outstanding job! I am so grateful he was able to help me solve the problem easily. When I thanked him, he said he likes to help people. I hope Auto Zone recognizes what a valuable employee they have in Charles.
