Katrina was amazing! She came outside and helped two ladies with and emergency brake light fix! Hot and muggy outside, and we got the wrong light, she was in and out helping us. She's truly an asset to the store. She deserves a raise! Thank you, Katrina!
Terrible customer service. The extra large man who works there decided he was going to question my integrity on whether I had used the product that I was returning. Not once not twice but four times he told me it's okay if you used it I just need to know so I cannot put it back out on the shelf. I don't know much about AutoZone I prefer not to shop there because of things like this. Rude employees. Will accuse you of using something when trying to do a return when it was purchased two days before and in the same condition they gave it to you in. They will also sneak in little add ons without telling you nor giving it to you such as battery grease. When I was given my receipt and walking out the associate said “Thanks for USING our battery.” Will not do business here again.
