When I got to the store, I was going to buy a lower control arm for my truck. The girl took forever to find it, about ten minutes just looking for the part. She kept asking me for the same information over and over again. When she finally found the part number, she said they had it in stock. She brought the part, scanned it, and showed it to me. I was having car trouble that I had my car previously checked for. What was not resolved by the auto shop which I paid a hefty service fee for was by the KIND, POLITE WONDERFUL MANAGER JD. HE IS AWESOME. As women we are often taken advantage of in the car repair industry. This site I highly recommend for everyone. Great prices, expertise and service. JD went above and beyond to provide great personable service.
