Incompetent staff, rang me up for the correct brakes but took the wrong ones to my car. When I went back to return he said I had the wrong receipt because he gave me the wrong ones. Avoid this Auto zone!
Slow service. 5 workers and 2 customers in the store and i waited more than 10 minutes to pay for a wrench. The attendands were talking each other and using their cell phones.
Just wanted to say thank you and recognize Walter for going above and beyond to help me today. He was friendly, kind, and listened to my problem. He explained the simple battery test and why it may have failed its inspection. Then he helped me resolve a second issue that could save me $$$. Walter co-workers were also helpful. SEAN
Professional and knowledgeable staffs helped me with choosing a tire air inflator I have been helped at this location several times
