Walter at the Sherwood store was super helpful. Saved me from spending a ton of money that the dealership was going to charge me.
I received outstanding customer service today! Walter was amazing! I brought in my Subaru legacy and he went above and beyond to try and help me figure out why my car was throwing me a check engine light. He spent quite a bit of time with us trying to help us and helping us to look things up because the code reader was updating and we couldn’t get it to work right. I have been to and called this store asking for help with my old chevy. Every single time has been so pleasant. They’ve made me feel a lot better and comfortable when I know literally nothing about cars. Even if they couldn’t help they recommended me to places that could.
Great service! Walter Helped me put in my air filter and the other guy helped clean the acid off my car battery! Both very eager to help and created an amazing customer experience at this location showing outstanding customer service!
