Norby was extremely attentive in assisting me with my check engine light. He took his time explaining the details regarding my vehicle despite me not even making a purchase. Employees like him who pay attention to detail and go above and beyond deserve recognition. Thank you Norby!
We came to this location at 11:11pm and the doors were locked. It showed online to be open and they closed at 12am, midnight. Two employees mentioned that their system was down and they couldn’t ring anything up. They suggested that we could wait 45 mins. This is unacceptable, if they want to close at 11pm maybe they should switch their store hours online .
I literally just left the shop… I came in at around 8pm to get some breaks for my car and the guy at checkout was very rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want to do your job don’t do it and don’t give a bad customer service. This is my go to shop since it’s very close to me but after this experience never coming back!
It's an auto parts store. They had exactly what I needed. The cashier was polite and helpful. If my mom forgets to have her oil changed, freaking AGAIN, this'll be the first place I visit.
