Luis provided excellent customer service during my visit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I left with the right part for my vehicle. He didn’t rush me and took the time to answer all my questions without any attitude. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares about helping people. I came into AutoZone, Luis r helped me the first time. I have a 5.3 L truck and he gave me 6 quarts. The wrong oil filter came back. They were about to make the same mistake Carlos, I'm guessing the manager was getting frustrated with my frustration and he was telling me he was not gonna help me out anymore very poor employees and knowledge always check that you have the right oil on the right oil filter the right air filter when you go to this AutoZone
