All store employees are very friendly
This location has really gone downhill since the management change. I had previously had a 5 star review for this location but I’m sorry I have to take it down. As a mechanic and business owner, consistency and communication matter, and unfortunately this store is lacking both. The final straw for me was placing an order for a customer, only to find out later that it was never actually processed. Now my customer is stuck waiting another week for their car, which reflects poorly on my business as well. That’s unacceptable. Wh... read more
