Pathetic. Used self checkout and was not given a receipt. Informed THREE staff members. One nonchalantly shrugged and said yeah that's been happening. Then walked away. Will NEVER shop here again
I can’t say enough great things about the team at the AutoZone on Lane Avenue, especially Patricia and Julie. They went completely above and beyond to help resolve an issue I had with another location. Instead of brushing me off, they took the time to thoroughly explain what had happened, helped me understand the problem, and found the best solution to get everything corrected.
