There are two people here as far as I know. I have been waiting here for about 20min. There has been conversations going on in here the entire time at the cash register, and in the back of the store. Very poor customer service. I have edited this review to add that as I waited outside, they took care of other customers inside the store before some finally came out here 20min. later to swap out my battery. 😣
Brian was amazing!!! He definitely went above and beyond to help me get my car battery put in. The Auto Zone I initially purchased the battery from was having issues taking the terminal apart and sent me on my way but I can’t blame them it was very much corroded. Thanks again Brian appreciate your time and help tonight!

Drew was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door greeted me, asked me if I needed help with anything and I’m just a girl so instead of searching all over the whole store I asked him to look for me. He helped me with no worries. He got me in and out less than five minutes with no stress, I was very pleased with my experience. Thanks Drew!
