Wouldn’t let me return a rental tool there said they didn’t have the money to let me return my rental? Thought that was weird. Said I could never return a rental there. Then I had other items I bought and they wouldn’t even take that back to put on my card or cash whichever. Really was just being pushed out of the store in a nice way. Having Chris W help me understand my code and answer my questions was the best retail manager experience I've ever had in my 5 decades. Bravo! You are what we all need to be like at work, Chris!
As soon as I walked in someone asked if I need help, I didn’t just wanted to quickly grab 2 windshield wipers and get out, I stood in line for about 5 minutes with no other customers in store. One associate was on what sounded like a personal call at the register and others just walking around. I finally had to find an associate to check me out as I wanted to leave. Next time I’ll stick with Amazon as I won’t have to beg to pay and leave.
I love my experience at this store and will continue doing business here for my vehicle purchases!! Chris W. is the go-to person! He is an amazing person with so much energy and friendliness! He helped me correct my vehicle from the check engine light coming up on my dashboard! His product recommendation worked for my vehicle!!! Thank you so much for having an employee, like Chris W., that exhibits so much passion and enthusiasm in helping customers so professionally for customer satisfaction!! ❤️❤️❤️
