If it were possible I would give a ZERO star. I am trying to purchase a clutch at the Hazel Green, Al store. the site opened on the HG store. then the site takes me through ten unnecessary steps to select a store. After ten minutes of going through that I gave up and bought my clutch at O'Reilly's. Auto Zone has the worst parts site ever. It's much to hard to use. Definitely NOT user friendly.
The lady named Heather is absolutely amazing. You can tell she knows her stuff. Now I say that about her but the rest are always just as helpful. The last and most important thing is THEY ALL have good personalities. They will laugh and cut up with you if you try. Especially Heather.
