Trevor was extremely helpful today. My boyfriend drove my car to the car wash, and it died while he was there. He went to AutoZone to explain the situation, and Trevor came out to perform a diagnostic on my vehicle. Once he identified the issue, they returned to AutoZone to purchase a new battery. Very disappointed with my experience at AutoZone. The green head employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, which made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should always be professional and respectful. I do want to acknowledge the employee wearing black glasses—she was very kind, professional, and helpful. I truly appreciated her excellent customer service.
I regularly visit this AutoZone location as it's very convenient due to the proximity of distance from where I live. Without question, the energy from the staff clearly shows they're not just here to sell car parts, but to listen. Huge shout out to the commercial manager Jason James as he's done just this and listened to my questions, my concerns and even given me motivation on DIY things I never knew could handle myself on my car !! This is the absolute worst location in the state of Texas. I have now been there twice. Both have been notable bad experiences. I have a commercial account and I’ve had one for nearly 2 years now, so I use it frequently. This is the only location that I have ever been told to wait 30 minutes before I’m allowed to use my commercial account so somebody can get off lunch break.
