I want to start by saying this is the ONLY AUTOZONE I go to and I live near two other ones. First, let’s start with the Manager JASON, I’ve NEVER met anyone who loves cars and knows about cars and most importantly patient in educating costumers and answering questions about the parts they are buying. There was a Monday afternoon rush, and only two employees available up front when I entered. Edwardo and Trinity remained calm and professional. I visited for free services, and Trinity asked me to wait until they got the lines cleared. Then she went with me to my car and performed the computer diagnostics and electrical system diagnostics quickly and confidently. Trinity and Edwardo's customer service and attention to details were excellent.

This AutoZone needs more employees. The service is painfully slow, and the staff seems completely uninterested in helping customers. They should work faster, be more efficient, and respect their customers’ time. I waited far too long without anyone acknowledging me or offering assistance. Terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back.
