Went in the afternoon, the lady Chavida was sitting down talking on video call. I asked for help and she directed me to someone who was already busy. When another employee asked her for help, Chavida ignored them and said she does not care and will stay on FaceTime. I love coming here but she is very rude

I stopped in to have my check engine light checked. I was helped by Lin H who was knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. She made some recommendations for shops I should visit to get the best deal, and made me feel confident about what my next move should be.

Me encanta la tienda porque lo tienen toda las partes pero el sirvicio esta muy despacio y cuando lo entre hay tiene una muchacha que sentada y no quiere ayudarse solo jugando el telefono y por eso yo voy al oreillys

Asked the person who’s “just a hub coordinator” to assist me with a purchase, since I drove from Spring Lake to the only AutoZone that had it in stock. But I unfortunately did not purchase it, I went to advance auto in my town instead. I highly doubt your employers tell you to point and say ask someone on that end.
