Had to get another caliper for brakes and Daniel was super helpful. He even looked up our account and found out the old caliper was still under warranty. So all we had to do was swap it out. Service was quick and so helpful. Thank you, Daniel.
This is my favorite location to shop I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been an AutoZone customer for over 20 years and visited several locations and this is one of the top. I’ve only had one bad encounter with one of their counter reps Rico was very rude to me once and just showed lack of patience and told me to wait on a manager over some paint I purchased for my Harley. I do think he needs some customer service training. Otherwise the manager Zack and his team are awesome at customer service.
I’ve been a commercial customer with AutoZone for the last 16 years, but unfortunately, I’ve had a very bad experience with the Fayetteville Road location in Raleigh over the last couple of weeks. I’ve had issues with items being listed on sale online. For example, when there is a promotion for buying four cans of Freon at a special price, I place the order based on the advertised sale price.
