Rick Pineda, went ABOVE and Beyond Customer service. He is the embodiment of what good customer service. Even helped out checking on things that might have been the issue (and cheaper) than just charging us $240 for a battery, which we were ready to do. All in all it was a couple of fuses and light bulbs... thank you Rick.
Luis was the employee who installed our new battery. He was very helpful and nice, he mentioned that he was a veteran since my husband is active duty military. We had good conversation while he installed a new battery. Thank you so much to Autozone and Luis for helping us with our car troubles and having great customer service!
Great service and very helpful! The worker in the evening shift (forgot to ask his name) was patient with my rookie questions and explained everything in easy terms. Will definitely come back again
When the wear house location on Lee Trevino wouldn’t assist me and was extremely rude to me and had me on hold for over 30 minutes I came to this location and within 10 min my problem was solved by Tania and Elijah
