I came in with a bad battery so an employee helped me get a test done and sure enough we found out the battery was bad. The employee (I forgot her name!) offered to have somebody help me replace it and Cyrus was the employee who came out and helped me. He did an excellent job and was very thorough on a very cold night. I appreciate Cyrus and his fellow coworker who were both very kind. Thank you!
