Richard is the man! I’m about a month late writing this review, but in case he sees this, I did not forget to acknowledge just how awesome he truly is. Excellent service
I was having a battery problem in my 2021 Ram 3500 diesel. Had batteries tested and they checked out ok. Later that day I needed another jump start, while doing this we noticed one of the 2 batteries was smoking and hot, I returned to auto zone and Brian helped me. He went above and beyond to find the problem and ultimately figured out battery was no good. Replacement under warranty was a breeze and he got me on my way fast. I have never been disappointed by the selections and staff at this location. Brian S is not only knowledgeable but very helpful. He’s gone above and beyond my expectations! So very friendly and a great personality. I just purchased a steering wheel cover for my new SUV and it was hard for me to put it on. He installed it and it looks great. Thank you Brian for making it easy to shop at your store and for always helping me. You deserve more than 5 stars!!
