This location is very convenient to my home. The sales rep greeted me with a smile and showed me exactly what I needed making this a very pleasant experience for me.
Ask the question I was looking for some help and didn't quite receive it and was like you guys don't deserve my money so I was like I'm out I will go to O'Reilly's
The worst customer service out of all the auto part stores in San Diego. Don’t go here. The staff do not treat customers with respect, and they are not helpful at all. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone.
Best customer service! Alberto helped my husband with a battery for our daughter’s car and even took the time to install it himself. We cannot thank him enough!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
The manager, Albert, went above and beyond in helping me solve a battery problem. This is my go to place for auto part needs from now on.
