I like the guys there. Not old and crabby like some but not young and stupid too. Said what I needed once and got what I needed the 1st time. The only hang-up I had was the box for the blower resistor said DURALAST but the part and wire harness inside said DORMAN! that was annoying but I got it fixed and I learned while checking the part check the name too.
James was so helpful in getting me the right parts for my car and helping me making sure put them in right! Very nice and great service!! :D
I went to this location about a year ago, and they sold me the wrong battery for my car. I wanted to give them another try, and this time, they sold me the wrong headlight. Apparently, I need to do my own research and just order my parts online. 🤦
Needed a battery check, the service employee said one of the battery cells was dead. So needed a new battery, he mentioned that he couldn’t do it cause the positive post was corroded and the cable would need to be cut. We would need to take it to a shop to get it done. That didn’t sound right. So we took it to Advanced Auto and didn’t mention we were at Auto Zone before coming there. They looked at battery and replaced it.
