Went in to get a windshield wiper, and the guy was plainly rude for no reason. I understand it was early in the morning, but no need to have an attitude. I almost walked away Without buying what I needed, but then I’d be hurting myself. It’s Christmas guys, have a little compassion and empathy and try putting a smile on your face. On November 12, I had an excellent experience at AutoZone in Lisbon Ct. The associate Robert Chabotte who helped me was absolutely helpful and incredibly kind. Robert was very patient with all my questions and I truly appreciated his professionalism. It was outstanding customer service from start to finish!
