Purchased ATF fluid and got extra as they stated I could return it no problem if needed. Now they won't take the return. I haven't used them in years because of how they have done me in the past. I will never step foot in Autozone again.
Went to 4 different stores. Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Two Tulsa, Oklahoma on 31st and garnett and the other on Peoria. One on Catoosa, Oklahoma. I asked all for the type of filter for my Chevy Silverado 2007. All gave me same filter, so i thought maybe there was something wrong with my truck because the filter kept coming off, took it to the mechanic and came to find out the filters ( which i kept all to make sure it was the same to show to mechanic ) did not fit my truck. Had to get my brakes replaced this week and AutoZone got me all the parts I needed. Super kind, respectful, and encouraging.
