Annoyed, I took in a dead battery. I had just bought it a year ago. They told me it needed a charge before they could check it. 1 hour. Fine. Next day, after I called 3 times, they tell me to come pick it up. Skeptical the battery is any good, I arrive to find it did indeed just need a charge & realize that I actually bought it from a competitor. They never brought that up. Appreciate how they took care of me.
