James is very helpful
The battery on my 2013 Toyota Prius died suddenly after 12 years of awesome service just before 9pm. The employees at this store were extremely helpful in helping me deal with the issue from 2 miles away in the Safeway parking lot. I managed to get a battery after the store was closed for the night (and the tools to swap it out) thanks in large part to the manager, James. So many thanks to the staff. I'll be picking up any future auto needs here.
