Overall not a great rating. Because overall ahhh. Young man Jonathan is fabulous if you need help he will go above and beyond. Even if he isn’t sure how to work a machine he will give it 110%. While the manager she will try to convince you she doesn’t know how to operate machine because she’s a manager. Doesn’t make much sense to me but as she said since she’s a manager she hast been trained to use them. If I was rating Jonathan he would definitely have 5 stars

Les is the man!!! I had a problem with my car and he helped me figure it out with the scanner tool. He showed me a replacement part and we got it squared away. Such a genuine guy with a great story about his BMW. Thank you again Les, hopefully I get to see a pic of your Beamer soon enough.
I neee to speak to a hire up. Please. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a store so upset. I was browsing the isles. The specific thing I was looking for didn’t have a name. I’m trying to fabricate something’s and needed a piece of rubber. I was looking at different options. I also needed to get some cleaning supplies and maybe a couple tools. I get to the cleaning aisle and an employee comes up to me It tells me that I have been there for 30 minutes that there’s a policy that you can only shop for 30 minutes. I came in autozone on poplar level rd to buy brake pads! I was pleasantly surprised about how much Alex knew about cars/trucks. I haven't seen this level of a knowledgeable autozone employee in 20years. I can't say anything about the rest if the employee because I didn't deal with them directly. I know where im going and who im asking for next time I go to autozone.
