Whomever was working tonight should be fired. I eventually walked out when the employee refused to acknowledge there was even a customer in the store.
Horrible customer service. Said they wouldn't install the battery that I paid for because they were the only person there. It is a Sunday afternoon, how is there only one person staffed? Also, there was only one other customer in the entire store-he just didn't feel like doing a battery change. That's literally why people buy batteries from them and after reading other reviews it seems that this is a trend with this store. Do the job that you say you're going to do, I'll go to oreillys across the street next time
