Had to get a new battery for my RAV4 tonight and was so stressed about replacing it myself but the team was SO helpful finding a replacement and Timmy installed it for me. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire experience 11/10. Would definitely recommend this location.
I placed an order which they promised for 5 days out. It's now 7 days and they're saying they don't know when it'll show up if at all. The people there are friendly enough but if they can't use reliable suppliers or be depended on to do what they say they're going to do then why waste your time?
When in thinking I had a battery issue. Tim did a battery check, it was bad. Bought a new battery and Tim was a rockstar with the free basic battery install. 💪
Depends on who your talking to within the store some are full of knowledge and some are ....eh .. but everyone trys to help out as much as they can .
I just came here for the first time and had a really great experience. The store manager, Timmy, went way out of his way to help me install a new battery cable connector after he helped me find the right part. Great customer service!
