Hello, my name is Nicole Brown. I need to make a customer complaint about the store, 5639 on Youree Drive. Only two people were working, and I wanted to buy a battery and get a battery check. I was waiting for 30 minutes, so I went to O'Reilly. It's unfair to stand in the store to get a battery and never get one. With a morning full of obstacles from a power outage to a car that wouldn't start the Autozone team on Youree Dr was terrific in solving one of my issues and . Mr. Ivory, the store manager, was friendly,courteous and fast with a resolve!
I needed a new battery, but staff couldn’t install it. Mr Ivory Williams (mgr, Millicent Way, Shreveport, LA) tried to give me a jump so I could go to another place; however, my battery was totally dead. He installed my battery anyway, because it was unsafe for me to drive. He and his staff went WAY above and beyond to help me. They all are very kind and professional, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Thank you, Mr Ivory!
