Came here today, had a great experience with Lolu A. I was able to find the type of headlight for my Subaru. I didn’t appreciate the gentleman in the vest ignoring the line.
Terrible customer service, the cashier was great, but LOLU was awful. I tried to ask about something but he ignored me and walked past laughing. I’ve never had a bad experience at AutoZone, I’m a mechanic and shop there all the time but having inefficient staff reflects very poorly on the AutoZone brand.
