I’ve visited this AutoZone location multiple times and have consistently experienced issues with inconsistent operating hours. The times posted online and on the store door do not align with when the store is actually open. On several occasions, customers have been left waiting outside while calls to the store go unanswered. This creates confusion and reflects poorly on store management. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve reliability and customer experience moving forward.
I was traveling up from Florida and my alternator went out. JAH was awesome. Very helpful and very respectful. If our staff here was a good as he is, AUTO ZONE would be the best country wide. This young man went above and beyond to help us get the alternator put on and helped us get the right tools. Give this man a raise, Give him a promotion. Thank you, JAH!!! I really appreciate you.
