The night manager on Wednesday May 14 was very helpful. I had purchased wiper blades for my Subaru Forrester in the morning based on what their computer recommended. Was not able to install them. The store manager knew that there was a problem with what was listed in their computer and was able to find the correct wiper blades and then was kind enough to install them for me.
Ethan B is such a great help! He helped me put some oil in my car and helped with some spark plugs on my jeep!
I’m very angry. My wife came in and you sold her a single headlight bulb for $140.00 which is one of the craziest things I have ever heard , you then installed it for her and put gloves on your hands but proceeded to let your long nasty greasy hair touch the bulb , you took advantage of my wife and you compromised the product and I feel like coming down there and screaming in your face , I want to punch you .
Nick was great helping with a simple replacement of my wiper blades. I fumbled with the parts for a bit before asking for Nick's help. He made quick work of it. Thanks Nick and AutoZone.
