This has to be the worst parts store anywhere. The staff is incompetent on how their own systems work. The commercial desk is a mess. No one ever has any idea where orders are, ETAs, or even if they need to be paid for our not. Everytime I have to use AZ I know I'm in for a painful experience and my customers will be left stranded longer than necessary. I personally avoid this mess at all costs. I would rather order something from Rock Auto and wait a week then have to deal with the Athol AZ.
Good and friendly service.
I used to work in the store but laft due to medical. Multiple times I've gone in after calling to see if the part was there and they say it is, get there no parts. Pricing is higher then competitors little farther away. I'm done going here, have fun people.
